year old tan female Terrier mix who was brought to the
Baldwin Park Animal Care Center with seven other dogs
and two chickens after her former owner’s house burned to
the ground. Weighing nine pounds, Dallas walks well on
leash and is also very happy to be carried. Dallas enjoys
the company of other dogs very much and is sociable and
happy with them. Cuddly and adorable, Dallas will be the
perfect pet for anyone in any living situation and we think

brought to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center with

February 9th and brought to the Baldwin Park Animal Care
Center. Weighing seven pounds this cheerful and mildmannered girl walks okay on leash, has been well
socialized and is most likely housebroken. Good with
other dogs, she is the ultimate lapdog who wants to
preside over your lap at all times. Ruby Keeler will make a
wonderful companion for an individual or family living in an

A4393786 Eden is a spunky eight year old gray and whitespayed female Teacup Chihuahua who was dumped at the
Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on February 6th
because her former owner was moving and couldn’t be
bothered to take his dog with him. Weighing five pounds,
Eden walks beautifully on leash and is most likely
housebroken. She loves other dogs and spent her entire
life with her brother Cage, who has already been rescued.
Eden likes to be held and cuddled, and she also likes to
walk and jog; she is personality plus in a compact and
adorable package . Eden will be the perfect pet for an
individual or family living in an apartment or condo, and is
an ideal companion for a senior or retired couple.

A4391015 Spot is an utterly delightful three year old whiteand tan neutered male shorthaired Chihuahua/Dachshund
mix who was discarded at the Baldwin Park Animal Care
Center on January 30th because his former owner had too
many pets. Weighing twelve pounds, Spot walks well on
leash and appears to be housebroken. He adores other
dogs of all sizes. An exceptionally happy, friendly,
cheerful boy, Spot will be the perfect indoor pet for
anybody anywhere!

Animal Care Center - a ten month old brown male Bassett
Hound/Pit Bull mix puppy who was found in Carson on
January 24th and brought to the Carson shelter, and
subsequently transferred to the Baldwin Park Animal Care
Center. Weighing twenty-eight pounds, JoJo walks okay
on leash but will benefit from formal training. He loves
people and belly rubs, but should be the only dog in the
house. JoJo is a delightfully comical puppy who will be the
perfect indoor pet for an active individual or family living in
a private home.

A4245056 Sable Star is an inquisitive one year old brownand black spayed female mini-German Shepherd mix
puppy who was forsaken at the Baldwin Park Animal Care
Center on February 23rd because her former owner said it
cost too much to have a dog. Weighing twenty-four
pounds, Sable Star was adopted a year ago from our
shelter, but was probably left outside and somewhat
neglected as she came to us with some skin issues which
look to be flea related. She adores other dogs and is quite
affectionate with people. Sable Star is an adorable puppy
who will be the perfect indoor dog for an individual or
family in any living situation - and we think she will
particularly like children.

white and tan male Welsh Corgi/Chihuahua mix who was
discarded at the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on
February 21st after his former owner moved and made no
provisions for their dog. Weighing eighteen pounds, this
medium energy boy walks okay on leash, is well socialized
and we think he may be housebroken. He is good with
other dogs and we think he will be good with children.

A3648066 Ruby is a magnificent six year old black andfawn female purebred Doberman Pinscher who was
discarded at the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on
February 23rd because she has mammary tumors and her
owner, who had bred her often, didn’t want to pay to treat
her. Weighing sixty-seven pounds, Ruby walks nicely on
leash and sits on command. She loves other dogs,
especially little dogs, and seems to be fine with cats as
well. Calm but playful, Ruby will be a fantastic indoor pet
for an individual or family living in a private home.
