Weighing eleven pounds, this extroverted puppy walks well on leash considering she‟s a young pup! Great with children and equally wonderful with other dogs, this cute puppy seems to be campaigning for mayor as she is quite good at kissing children! Tootsie is going to make an outstanding pet for any family in any living situation.
